Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the thick band of tissue that connects the heel bone to the toes. It can be caused by a number of factors, including shoes, foot structure, overuse and types of walking surfaces. It causes sharp pain in the heel of the foot.

Stress Fractures

Stress fractures are small cracks that appear in weight-bearing bones caused by repetitive forces on them and the muscles that support them.

A foot sprain occurs when you stretch or tear the ligaments surrounding your foot. Ligaments are the tough tissues that connect one bone to another.

Tendonitis is pain that is caused by the inflammation around a tendon. It is most often caused by an overuse injury due to physical activity.
